Staked Dining Table

An 8-10 seater dining table, designed as an exercise in economy of form and transparent construction. A minimum of components each serving a clear function, using traditional staked and wedged joinery.

Made in quartered English oak, all sourced from one tree. The tenons are wedged with teak which was reclaimed from a jetty at Hollingworth Lake, likely Victorian.

Materials: English oak, teak
